Uzbekistan’s Foreign Minister attends ‘Central Asia – EU’ meeting in Ashgabat
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Uzbekistan’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, Bakhtiyor Saidov, participated in the 20th ministerial meeting of “Central Asia – European Union” held today in Ashgabat.
In his Telegram channel, the Uzbek foreign minister highlighted the significance of the meeting as an important platform for strengthening partnerships between the regions. He noted that comprehensive discussions took place on key issues aimed at promoting the sustainable development of Central Asian countries.
Particular attention was given to preparations for the upcoming “Central Asia – EU” Summit in Samarkand, including the practical implementation of joint regional programs and projects.
At the conclusion of the event, a Joint Communiqué was adopted, outlining priority areas for regional cooperation.
