Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Representatives of the Customs Committee of Uzbekistan, together with officials from relevant ministries and agencies, visited the Chinese company CGN BeGood Technology to closely study the modern inspection systems produced by the company.

Previously, a meeting was held between the Chairman of the Customs Committee and the company’s management, during which the two sides outlined promising areas of cooperation in equipping Uzbekistan’s border checkpoints with advanced inspection systems.

As a practical step in implementing the agreements reached, a working visit was organized to CGN BeGood Technology’s production facilities. The delegation was led by A. Dusmukhamedov, Head of the Information and Communication Technologies and Cybersecurity Department of the Customs Committee.

During the visit, participants were introduced to the operating principles of various types of inspection systems, their technical specifications, real-time scanning capabilities, integration with other systems, and the application of artificial intelligence, with a detailed overview of the company’s latest innovations.

Particular attention was given to the adaptation of the equipment to Uzbekistan’s border traffic conditions, its resilience to geographic and climatic factors, as well as matters of technical support and maintenance.

Following the visit, a preliminary technical and organizational agreement is expected to be signed between the Customs Committee and CGN BeGood Technology to launch a pilot project for testing the inspection systems.
