Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Uzbekistan’s Competition Committee has launched an investigation into the “Rich Woman” project after receiving 50 formal complaints from citizens, according to the committee’s press service.
The project offers educational courses for women focused on business, family relationships, and personal development.
Course participants reported poor quality of instruction and a lack of response from the organizers to their concerns.
In addition, complainants alleged that payments continued to be withdrawn from their accounts despite a three-month suspension of classes. Several participants also encountered difficulties in terminating their contracts.
The Committee stated that it is coordinating with Helpdesk, the project’s organizer, and the financing entity Shaffof Moliya to resolve the matter.
