Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — The Center for Foreign Policy Research and International Initiatives under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan, led by Sanjar Valiev, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Belarusian Institute of Strategic Studies (BISI), headed by Igor Makarov.
BISI, a "think tank" established by the President of the Republic of Belarus on February 12, 2019, aims to provide information and analytical support to government agencies and officials on strategic directions in foreign and domestic policy.
The memorandum outlines plans to strengthen mutual contacts, exchange experiences and opinions, and develop initiatives to foster cooperation on a wide range of issues.
The signing of the MoU expands the scope of collaboration between expert communities in Belarus and Uzbekistan, marking a significant step toward deepening scientific ties and cooperation.
