Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- As part of the World Junior Championships, which is being held in Saudi Arabia, the Uzbek national team won its first gold.
Dyorbek Ermatov (-73 kg) lifted 132 kg in the snatch exercise and was awarded a gold medal. However, in the clean and jerk exercise, he made a mistake and could not win the prize. In total, Ermatov lifted 278 kg and took fifth place.
