During the meeting, the sides discussed current state and perspectives of development of relations in all spheres of cooperation.

It was noted that regular dialogue and mutual visits in political level, inter-parliamentary contacts, meetings of business circles, cooperation in cultural-humanitarian area allow to expand mutual beneficial cooperation gradually.

The sides noted that Uzbekistan and the US consider expansion of trade-economic and investment cooperation, as well as implementation of joint high technologies projects in various spheres of economy as priority task.

The sides exchanged opinion on actual international and regional issues, as well as situation around Afghanistan, and other issues of mutual interest.
