Uzbekistan U-23 starts Vietnam tournament with victory

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Uzbekistan U-23 started international tournament in Vietnam, Vietnam Football Federation Cup, with victory over Malaysia with the score 3-1.

The Uzbekistan Football Federation said that Vadim Abramov side dominated the match and created many chances.

Malaysia tried to keep clean sheet, but Smolyachenko broke the deadlock in the 54th minute of the match. Hodjiakbarov (76) and Qilichev (88, penalty) scored two more goals for Uzbekistan.

Otman Fandi (90+1) became the author of only goal for Malaysia.
