In the second match of Group B, Vadim Abramov side defeated the Russian outfit Rostov. As in the first match against Shakhtar, only goal of Kenja Turaev solved the fate of the game. The goal was scored in the 14th minute of the match.

After the victory, Uzbekistan team claimed the first place in group and booked the tickets to the tournament’s final. The final was held on 23 January and the opponent is Russian club Zenit.
