Uzbekistan U-20 arrives in Turkey for World Cup
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Uzbekistan U-20 arrived in Turkey to participate at the FIFA U-20 World Cup, which will be held from 21 June to 13 July 2013.

The matches of the FIFA U-20 World Cup will be held in such cities as Istanbul, Bursa, Antalya, Riza, Gaziantep, Kayseri and Trabzon. Some 24 teams will participate at the tournament.

Uzbekistan will play in Group F along with New Zealand, Uruguay and Croatia. Uzbekistan will start their campaign on 23 June with the match against New Zealand. Three days later they will face Croatia and last match of the group will be held on 29 June against Uruguay. The first two matches will be held in Bursa and the last in Antalya.

In line with tournament rules, top two teams from six groups and four teams, which took the third places, will qualify to quarterfinals. Uzbekistan coach Ahmadjon Musaev invited 21 players to the tournament, of which six have World Cup experience as they participated at the FIFA U-17 World Cup in Mexico in 2011.
