The match was held against Pakhtakor Tashkent youth team. Uzbekistan U-17 suffered a 2-1 defeat at the hand of the Tashkent club.

Uzbekistan U-17 opened the score on 60 minutes through efforts of Jamshid Boltaboev, but Pakhtakor netted two goals to win the game.

After the match Dilshod Nuraliev said that the match was good, but two mistakes of the goalkeeper helped Pakhtakor to win the game. The result in such matches is not important. Such games will help to improve fitness of the players.

Uzbekistan coach said that several new players, who impressed coaches at their clubs, were invited to the team. He said that the coaches are continuing selection work.

The camp will end on 28 July. It is planned that Uzbekistan will two more friendly matches against youth of Bunyodkor and Tashkent.

Uzbekistan U-17 will participate at the FIFA U-17 World Cup in the UAE from 17 October to 8 November. The draw of the tournament will be held on 26 August.
