Head coach Timur Alimkhodjaev invited 22 players to Turkey. It is planned that Uzbekistan will hold two friendly matches in Turkey.

Uzbekistan is preparing to the AFC U-16 Championship, which will be held in Thailand in 2014. The qualification round will be on 25-29 September 2013 in Tashkent. Uzbekistan will face Palestine, Yemen and Maldives in Group B.
