Uzbekneftegaz and DongHo ENC Со.LTD signed constituent agreement on foundation of UNG-DONHO Gascom joint venture on an equal footing. The charter capital of the venture is US$500,000.

The project cost is US$5 million. The Korean side contributes equipment for US$2.5 million to the project, while Uzbekneftegaz invests the same sum to plant construction.

The sides completed construction of the plant and will begin to assembly equipment in August 2010.

In preliminary stage, the enterprise will produce 100,000 electronic gas meters a year. The plant will start production of domestic gas meters and later will master production of industrial meters.
