The document was adopted with a view to increasing the tourist flow from Poland to Uzbekistan by improving procedure for issuing entry visas for citizens of Poland, who visit Uzbekistan for tourist purposes.

Uzbek President ordered the Ministry of Foreign Affairs from 1 January 2018 to issue entry visas for no more than 30 days to citizens of Poland, visiting Uzbekistan as tourists, within two working days, not counting the day of receiving documents.

The President of Uzbekistan abolished the requirement to present tourist vouchers and invitations to tourist organizations of Uzbekistan for tourists from Poland.
