Uzbekistan to face France in FIFA U-20 World Cup quarterfinals

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Uzbekistan will play against France in the quarterfinals of the FIFA U-20 World Cup, which is taking place in Turkey.

In last 16, France cruised past hosts Turkey, recording a 4-1 victory. Geoffrey Kondogbia (18), Jean Christophe Bahebeck (34), Yaya Sanogo (67) and Jordan Veretout (73) were on target for France. Sinan Bakis (77) netted only goal of Turkey.

The quarterfinal match between Uzbekistan and France will be held in Rize on 6 July 2013. The match will kick off at 20:00 Tashkent time.
