Cabinet of Ministers issued a resolution “On measures on introduction of introduction of individual accounting of calculated insurance contributions of the citizens to off-budget Pension Fund under the Ministry of Finance of Uzbekistan”.

The Government agreed with proposal of the Ministry of Finance and State Tax Committee on creation of electronic central registry of individual accounting of calculated insurance contributions to off-budget Pension Fund of the Ministry of Finance of Uzbekistan, formed based on submitted tax reports to the state tax services.

The resolution said that information of paid insurance contributions by each citizen is submitted by the employer to the tax service, starting from reports for the first half of 2015 in Tashkent city and Tashkent region and from the first quarter of 2016 – all Uzbekistan.

State Tax Committee was entrusted to develop a software within two months and introduce it to operation, as well as related regulation.

The committee should announce a tender to purchase servers, computers and other necessary equipment by 1 August 2015. From 2016, it should provide information on paid insurance contributions of the citizens via Single interactive service portal.

The resolution said that purchase of equipment will be financed due to income, received from placement of free resources of the off-budget Pension Fund at deposits at commercial banks.
