The Government of Uzbekistan issued a resolution “On holding inventory of real estate objects, owned by physical persons and legal entities, in 20160-2017” on 3 August 2016.

Inventory will be conducted to improve of cadastre and ensure reasonable taxation for the use of real estate, as well as the implementation of the project “Modernization of the system of real estate registration and cadaster” within the system of the Electronic government.

All objects will be included to information system of cadaster and registration of real estate in the result of inventory. The tax bodies will receive access to information.

Within the inventory, it is planned to clarify owners, users, renters and owners of the object, area of the object, etc.

The working group will be created to carry out inventory. The working group will have right to inspect real estate object, make shots of lands, measure internal and external dimensions of buildings, etc.
