Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The Committee on Tourism will assign a tourism representative to promote the tourism potential of Uzbekistan in foreign countries.

This is envisaged by the decree of the President of Uzbekistan “On measures to significantly increase the flow of foreign tourists to the republic and further enhance domestic tourism.”

The Tourism Committee will approve the tourism representative and foreign countries in which the tourism potential of Uzbekistan will be promoted.

Stimulation of the activities of representatives is carried out at the expense of the Tourism Support Fund.

This fund will also finance the preparation and distribution of materials (photo and video materials, booklets, flyers, etc.) that will demonstrate the tourism potential of Uzbekistan.
