Shareholders of the company adopted decision on increasing charter capital of the company through placement of additional shares.

According to the decision of shareholders, Uzbekistan Temir Yollari will place 150 shares with par value of 1,698,530,530 soums each. Total sum of the emission is over 254.779 billion soums.

The shares will be placed on closed subscription. All shares will be sold to the State Property Committee of Uzbekistan.

The company said that charter capital of Uzbekistan Temir Yollari makes up 339.706 billion soums, which consists of 200 shares.
