The company will issue 100 ordinary shares with par value of 1,698,530,530 soums each. All shares will be realized to the State Property Committee of Uzbekistan.

The shares will be placed through off-exchange non-organized market in line with the legislation of Uzbekistan. The company will not attract underwriter to place shares.

The emission will be partly paid due to capitalization of undistributed income at the size of 141.085 billion soums and partly due to transfer of the state assets in joint stock companies in line with the governmental resolution from 28 October 2009 at the size of 28.768 billion soums.
