Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Uzbekistan Temir Yollari JSC will increase its authorized capital by 19.53 billion soums.

The corresponding decision was made by the shareholder of the company. Shares worth 19.53 billion soums will be placed with the Ministry of Finance of Uzbekistan.

The authorized capital of the company is increased in accordance with the resolutions and orders of the Cabinet of Ministers of Uzbekistan.

According to the documents, Uzbekiston temir yullari receives PFC "Lokomotiv", the shares of "Uzbekugol" in JSC "Shargunkumir" and the NBU in JSC "Toshkent Mekhanika Zavodi".
