Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) – On 18 July 2023, Zufar Narzullaev, acting Chairman of the Board of the Uzbekiston Temir Yullari, held negotiations with the Vice-President of the Chinese company "NORINCO International Cooperation ltd.", where issues of mutual cooperation were discussed.

During the meeting, representatives of NORINCO International Cooperation showed a video presentation, which presented in detail the activities of the company, its experience and achievements. They also spoke about proposals related to projects that can be implemented jointly with Uzbekistan Temir Yollari. In particular, proposals were made on the project for the supply of rails and the creation of a joint venture based on the production and construction of wagons in Uzbekistan.

In turn, the leadership of Uzbekistan Temir Yollari showed great interest in the presentation and carefully listened to all the proposals of the Chinese side. The Uzbek side expressed its readiness to study the proposals and discuss them at the internal level. Decisions on further cooperation will be made after careful analysis and discussion.

Both sides expressed gratitude for the meeting and hope for the successful development of cooperation and the achievement of common goals in the field of railway infrastructure.
