Uzbekistan suffers defeat in Moscow
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --
Uzbekistan national football team played a friendly match against Locomotive Moscow in Russian capital on 4 September 2010.
Uzbekistan led by coach Vadim Abramov lost to the Russian side with the score 2-1. Dmitriy Loskov (14th minute, penalty) and Georgiy Nurov (65th minute) were on target for Locomotive.
Captain of Pakhtakor Tashkent Odil Akhmedov scored consolation goal from penalty in the 76th minute of the match.
This is third straight defeat of Uzbekistan national team under reign of Vadim Abramov. Uzbekistan will face Estonia in Tallin on 7 September.
