Senators reviewed the law “On introduction of amendments to some legislative acts of Uzbekistan in connection with ordering turnover of pyrotechnic products”.

The law sets effective state control in sphere of import, production, transportation, storage, realization, prevention of illegal turnover and use of pyrotechnic products. It also envisages to strengthen measures on security at organization of cultural, entertainment, and other events with use of pyrotechnic products, protection of consumer rights.

The law amends Criminal Code and Administrative Responsibility Code to set criminal and administrative responsibility with confiscating objects of violation for illegal production, storage, transportation, use and import and realization of pyrotechnic products. Senators approved it.
