Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers “On additional measures aimed at strengthening public control while ensuring the protection of consumer rights, suppressing the production and circulation of counterfeit and unsuitable for consumption goods" was adopted.

In accordance with the Resolution of the President from 4 April 2023 “On additional measures aimed at providing the population with high-quality consumer goods”, the procedure for accepting and considering applications for the sale of medicines and medical devices with an extra charge above the established price, as well as remuneration persons who reported crimes.

From 1 June 2023, through the Soliq hamkor information system, applications are received and processed, as well as the encouragement of persons reporting violations.

At the same time, appeals received through the information system are the basis for carrying out control and supervisory measures. Appeals are considered by the competent authorities without fail within 10 working days.

The person who filed the appeal receives a reward in case of confirmation of the violation, in the following amounts: 20% of the amount of the fine for administrative offenses and up to 5 sies of basic estimated value for criminal offenses.
