The company said that from 10 to 30 September 2018, the telephone network of Uzbekistan will transfer from seven to nine-digit format.
Now before dialing phone numbers in Tashkent, it will be necessary to dial the city code (for example "71") or the operator (for example "99").
The transition to nine-digit phone number in the networks of operators BUZTON, EAST TELECOM, SARKOR TELECOM and SHARQ TELECOM will be carried out from 10 to 11 September. To the phone numbers will be added the code "78".
Mobile operators will also switch to the nine-digit format from 10 to 11 September.
