Uzbekistan slips two places down in FIFA ranking
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --
Fédération Internationale de Football Association (FIFA) announced its new ranking of national teams.
Uzbekistan national team moved two place down in new FIFA ranking and now holds the 63rd place in the world.
Uzbekistan is the sixth best team in the FIFA ranking among Asian countries. Iran (32nd place), South Korea (39), Japan (52), Australia (54) and Saudi Arabia (56) are ahead of Uzbekistan among AFC members.
Argentina topped the FIFA ranking. Brazil and Germany share the second and third places respectively.
