Uzbekistan slips six places in new FIFA ranking
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --
FIFA, world football governing body, announced new ranking of national teams for April 2011. In line new ranking, Uzbekistan slipped six places to hold 83rd place with 403 points.
In March ranking, Vadim Abramov’s side was on the 77th place with 438 points.
Uzbekistan holds the sixth place among the Asian countries after Japan (13th place), Australia (20), South Korea (31), Iran (47) and China (77).
Spain tops the FIFA ranking and the Netherlands hold the second place. Brazil moved from the fifth place to third.
