Fourth International Uzbek Cotton Fair

Uzbekistan signed agreements for supply of over 950,000 tonnes of cotton-fiber with foreign partners within the framework of the Fourth Uzbek International Cotton Fair.

Among buyers are China, South Korea, Russian Federation, Bahrain and others. It should be noted that the agreements have been signed for the crop of next season.

The fair was organized in Tashkent on 14-15 October. Ministry for Foreign Economic Relations, Investment and Trade organized the fair at support of Cotton Outlook Ltd., Uzpakhtasanoat and Sifat.

Over 300 companies and 400 foreign partners from 34 countries participated at the event.
