In line with the document, custom duties for imported cars with engine volume of 1,000 cubic centimeters set at the size of 20% of customs price of the vehicle plus US$1.8 per 1 cubic centimeter. Earlier, custom duties for imported cars with engine volume of 1,000 cubic centimeters was set at 30% of customs price, but not less than US$1.8 per 1 cubic centimeter.
To import vehicles with engine volume between 1,000 cubic centimeters -1,500 cubic centimeters, now one should pay 20% of custom price plus US$2 per cubic centimeter compared to previous 30% of customs price, but not less than US$2 per 1 cubic centimeter.
Vehicles with engine volume of 1,500 cubic centimeters-3,000 cubic centimeters will be imported at the customs duty of 20% plus US$2.5 per cubic meter. Earlier, the duty was 30% of customs price, but not less than US$2.5 per 1 cubic centimeter
Import of vehicles with engine volume of over 3,000 cubic centimeters will be imposed duty at the level of 20% of customs price plus US$3 per cubic centimeter against earlier duty for 30% of customs price, but not less than US$3 per 1 cubic centimeter.
The resolution also set customs duty for used vehicles (3 years since production), which increased from US$1.2 per 1 cubic centimeter to US$3 per 1 cubic centimeter.
Duties for medical vehicles were not changed. The document also kept existing excise duties for imported cars.
