Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Special Representative of the President of Uzbekistan for Foreign Policy Abdulaziz Kamilov met with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Saudi Arabia, Prince Faisal bin Farhan Al Saud, in Riyadh.

The parties discussed the prospects for mutually beneficial relations between Uzbekistan and Saudi Arabia in all areas.

The Minister highly appreciated the results of the state visit of the President of Uzbekistan to Saudi Arabia, which took place in August 2022. He noted that the agreements reached raised the development of multifaceted relations between Uzbekistan and Saudi Arabia to a new level.

According to him, after the high-level visit, the exchange between the ministries and agencies of the two countries intensified, and this is highly appreciated by Saudi Arabia.

The Minister noted with satisfaction that Saudi Arabia is interested in further developing cooperation with Uzbekistan in all areas.

During the talks, the parties considered ways of strengthening and developing bilateral relations in various fields and discussed regional and international changes and efforts in this direction, as well as issues of further enhancing bilateral and multilateral relations.
