Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- As a result of the 3rd meeting of the Joint Commission, memorandums and agreements aimed at developing bilateral cooperation were signed at the level of the heads of government of Russia and Uzbekistan.

The documents concern:

opening of representative offices of the customs services of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Uzbekistan;

mutual application of electronic systems for certification of the origin of goods;

organization of a simplified procedure for the implementation of customs operations when moving goods and vehicles between countries;

cooperation in the field of increasing the financial literacy of the population;

development of vocational education in the field of physical culture and sports;

joint activities in the field of protection of the labor rights of migrant workers;

expansion of industrial cooperation;

cooperation in the transport sector.
