Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 14 April, within the framework of the signed interdepartmental agreements, the Ministry of Finance hosted a meeting of Deputy Minister of Finance Dilshod Sultanov with a delegation of the Government of the Russian Federation. 

The Uzbek side was also represented by Mubin Mirzayev, Deputy Chairman of the State Tax Committee, and Atabek Allaberganov, First Deputy Director of the Cadastre Agency.

The meeting was attended by Dmitry Volvach, Deputy Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, Oleg Skufinsky, Head of the Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography, Oksana Castagno, Head of the Department of Real Estate Economics of the Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography, and Yulia Shepeleva, Deputy Head of the Federal Tax Service.

At the beginning of the meeting, the Russian side thanked the Uzbek government for the warm welcome.

During the meeting, the guests were familiarized with the ongoing reforms in the tax legislation in the republic, as well as with the measures taken by governments to transition to international financial reporting standards.

In turn, the guests highly appreciated the ongoing reforms and measures taken by the state to support business during the pandemic.

In conclusion, the parties agreed on further cooperation and noted that the meeting was held in a constructive and friendly atmosphere.
