Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) - Uzbekistan has risen two places in the ranking of high-speed mobile and wired Internet Speedtest Global Index.

According to the Speedtest.net service, our country took the 102nd position (plus 2 positions compared to January). The Speedtest portal is used to check the speed of the Internet by users around the world. Speedtest generates and regularly publishes a rating based on its own data received from users.

According to the Ministry for the Development of Information Technologies and Communications, over the past year, the Internet speed in Uzbekistan has grown by almost 2.4 times - from 10.89 Mbit / s in January 2019 to 26.30 Mbit / s (Download) in February 2020.
