Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Starting from 1 April 2025, Uzbekistan will lower the basic natural gas consumption limit from 500 cubic meters in the heating season to 100 cubic meters, according to Hududgazta'minot.

This decision follows Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 204 of 2024, which initially planned the reduction in March.

However, due to low temperatures and colder weather conditions in March, the President instructed that the 500-cubic-meter limit remain in effect until 1 April 2025.
