Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) —  Since the beginning of 2024, Kazakhstan has transported 225,000 tons of Russian oil to Uzbekistan, marking a 74% increase compared to the same period last year, according to the press service of the company KazTransOil.

According to the company, from January to November 2023, 129,000 tons of Russian-origin oil were delivered along this route, while for the same period in 2024, the volume increased to 225,000 tons.

An additional 4,000 tons of oil is planned for transportation in December, further strengthening energy cooperation between the countries.
