At the same time, according to the company, the passenger turnover made up 3.5 billion passenger-km in 2012.

In 2012, some 62 million tonnes of cargo were sent from stations in 2012. About 11.4 million cargo were transited in 2012. Cargo turnover made up 22.8 billion tonnes-km.

Uzbekistan Temir Yollari underlined that the volume of imported goods, transported via railroad, made up 10.5 million tonnes in 2012 and the volume of exported – 6.7 million tonnes.

According to the company, Uzbekistan Temir Yollari also exported services worth US$290.9 million in 2012.
