The Council of Uzbekistan Temir Yollari adopted decision to issue 100 ordinary shares with par value of 1.698 billion soums each.

Shares of the emission will be placed on closed subscription. State Committee on Privatization, Demonopolization and Development Competition will buy all shares. The stocks will be paid due to capitalization of undistributed income and dividends, as well as stakes in three state enterprises.
