The complex is used to repair railroads. The complex consists of three technologic parts, each of which have own function in construction and test quality of roads.

New complex is fully computerized. The complex strengthens and tamps stones, which are laid under railing and sleepers and equally allocates crushed stone at railroads. The equipment detects railroads with problems and carries out necessary repair works.

The capacity of the complex is over 5 km of roads a day. The complex can carry out one month work of 20 persons in a day. New equipment will be used to implement projects of Uzbekistan Temir Yollari on Tashkent-Samarkand railroad.

This is the fourth complex, which was received by the Uzbek company. By the end of 2014, Uzbekistan Havo Yollari will acquire two more such complexes.
