The committee said that it received complaints from several small and private businesses, which render services on realization of railway tickets, on abolishing access to automates ticket sales system by Uzbekistan Temir Yollari.

The committee said that it studied the case and the action of Uzbekistan Temir Yollari was qualified as violation of article 10 of the law “On competition” as the company did not sign agreements and created barriers to other businesses to access the market.

After interference of the State Demonopolization Committee, the activities of private ticket offices were resumed.
