Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Uzbekistan plans to master investments worth 138 trillion soums in 2019, which is 16% more compared to 2018. This was stated by President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev during his message to the country’s parliament.

At the same time, the volume of foreign direct investment will amount to US$4.2 billion, which is 1.5 times more than in 2018.

In 2019, Uzbekistan intends to commission 142 modern enterprises.
