Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- According to the results of the current year, it is planned to direct US$1.8 billion of investments to the building materials sphere.

It is expected that export of products will reach US$690 million. Production of products as part of the localization program will reach 981 billion soums. Import of building materials will reach US$470 million.

This year, 819 projects worth US$1.8 billion will be launched and 20.9 thousand new jobs will be created.

In general, in 2022-2026, it is planned to implement 1,028 investment projects worth US$5.8 billion and create 39.3 thousand new jobs.
