Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Starting from 1 January 2025, Uzbekistan plans to raise tax rates on residential and non-residential real estate.

The rates will be indexed by 10%. This is outlined in the draft law on the "State Budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan for 2025."

The changes will affect both individuals who own apartments and houses, as well as legal entities utilizing office, commercial, and warehouse spaces.
