To have their applications considered, applicants must pay a fee of 3 sizes of basic estimated value (1.12 million soums), while the state duty for license issuance is set at 10 sizes of basic estimated value (3.75 million soums). The application period runs from 7 March to 6:00 PM on 7 April. For further information, interested parties can contact the Committee at +998 71-207-17-58 (ext. 124).
It is worth noting that in November 2024, the Cabinet of Ministers approved a list of companies authorized to organize pilgrimages. The list includes 12 firms: six from Tashkent, three from Namangan, and one each from Andijan, Margilan, and Urgench.
According to regulations, Umrah organizers must contribute US$1 million to the "Ziyorat" fund and sign an agreement with a partner organization in Saudi Arabia. They are responsible for ensuring medical care, food, accommodation, and other logistical aspects of the pilgrimage.
