Ministry of foreign economic relations, investment and trade of Uzbekistan and Ministry of commerce and industry of Oman organized the event.

Forum participants discussed issues of further expanding trade-economic and investment cooperation between the countries, developing and realizing mutually beneficial cooperation.

During the forum, business circles of Oman received information on priority on attracting investments into economy of Uzbekistan, fuel-energy complex, transport communication, machinery, construction materials, IT, tourism, as well as preferences in Navoi free industrial and economic zone.

At the end of the meeting, representatives of Uzbekistan and Oman signed several documents on cooperation in oil and gas and chemistry industries.
