Asqar Tolipdjanov said that the UFF sent its representative to Lebanon to familiarize with the situation. He added that the representative said that Beirut is calm and local authorities and Football Association guarantees security of the Uzbek team.

Uzbekistan delegation will return from Beirut to Tashkent on 8 June. The delegation will include 35 players and it will be led by Asqar Tolipdjanov.

The UFF also said that it sent the letter to the Asian Football Confederation to register Mirjalol Kasimov as coach of Uzbekistan national team.
