Uzbekistan lines up friendly matches ahead Asian Cup

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Uzbekistan Football Federation (UFF) said it lined up several friendly matches for Uzbekistan national team in August and September. The friendly matches are part of training to upcoming Asian Cup.

Uzbekistan will travel to Tirane to meet Albania on 11 August and to Tallinn to face Estonia on 7 September 2010, the UFF said. On 4 September, Uzbekistan will also have warm-up match against Locomotive Moscow.

Askar Talibdjanov, director of national teams’ center of the UFF, said the federation is considering 3-4 teams for friendly matches, which will be held in October and November.
