The portal is directed at providing information on protecting rights of consumers, increasing legal awareness, creating interactive system on responding to complaints of consumers by the state bodies decreasing time for solving problems.

The system envisages to increase efficiency of receiving complaints from population on violation of their legal rights. The website will also simplify for consumers to receive information on activity of the State Demonopolization Committee and Federation of Unions on Protecting Consumer Rights.

The resource allows consumers to send complains directly to the State Demonopolization Committee from their computers, filling online form. The consumers also can send complaint to organization, which violated its rights.

The consumers can receive online consultations, while businesses can familiarize with rules of doing business, including on adhering to consumer and advertisement rights. The Uzbek version of the website is available in Russian and Uzbek version at www.istemolchi.uz.
