Speaking at the seventh session of the joint intergovernmental commission on bilateral cooperation between Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan, Azimov said the trade turnover between Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan made up US$140 million in eleven months of 2009.

Azimov said Uzbekistan is ready to offer metal and technical goods, glassware and machinery products to Kyrgyzstan.

Uzbek vice-premier said that Uzbekistan wants to create constructive atmosphere to optimize the Kyrgyz-Uzbek cooperation.

Kyrgyz Prime Minister Daniyar Usenov said the development of cooperation with Uzbekistan is one of the priorities of Kyrgyz Republic. He said the joint intergovernmental commission on bilateral cooperation should play key role in improving ties.
