The event was organized by the National Company Uzbektourism with the state unitary enterprise Intourist-Tashkent, the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Korea and South Korea’s Embassy in Uzbekistan.

The representatives of relevant ministries and agencies, a number of firms and companies operating in tourism sphere as well as medical workers of the two countries have participated in it, UzA reported.

The seminar focused on the issues of enhancing the exchange of tourists between the two countries, particularly in the field of medical tourism. Presentations of a number of clinics in South Korea were held within the event.
