President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev signed a resolution “On approval of an international treaty”.

Uzbek leader instructed the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to send to the CIS Executive Committee a corresponding notification on fulfillment by the republic of the local procedures necessary for country’s accession to the document.

The agreement was signed in December 2012 at the CIS summit in Ashgabat. The work of the Council is aimed at combating tax, currency crimes and the legalization of criminal proceeds.
